1) Definitions
“Client/you” means the lead traveler making the booking. “Supplier(s)” means hotels, resorts, transport, activity providers, insurance and visa vendors. “Package” means any combination of services quoted by us.
2) Bookings & Payment
- Quotes & validity: Quotes are dynamic and subject to availability until paid. Rate fluctuations may occur due to currency, taxes, or demand.
- Advance: A non-refundable advance (typically 20–40%) is required to secure rooms/flights/activities. Balance and due dates are specified in your invoice.
- Payment modes: Bank transfer, UPI, major cards, or secure payment links as shared by us. Additional gateway fees, if any, will be disclosed.
- Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once payment reflects and written confirmation/vouchers are issued by us.
- Name/age accuracy: Ensure names, DOB, passport details, and contact numbers are accurate. Corrections after ticketing/hotel confirmation may incur fees or be impossible.
3) Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
- Inclusions: Only items explicitly listed as “Included” in your quote/invoice are part of the package.
- Exclusions: City taxes, resort fees, tips, incidentals, early check-in/late check-out, room upgrades, unlisted activities, and personal expenses unless stated otherwise.
- Exchange rates & taxes: Prices may change with FX movement, new taxes, or supplier revisions until paid in full.
- Child policy & extras: Extra beds, child meal plans, and special setups are as per the property’s policy.
4) Changes, Cancellation & No-Show
- By you: Date/guest changes are subject to availability and fare difference. Cancellations attract supplier penalties as per the exact policy shared in your quote/vouchers.
- No-show/unused services: Non-utilized services are non-refundable.
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed after we receive them from the Supplier; bank processing times may apply.
- Air tickets: Airline rules override; low-cost carriers are typically non-refundable/non-changeable.
5) Traveler Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and review all documents immediately upon receipt.
- Adhere to hotel/airline/activity timing, baggage rules, dress codes, and local regulations.
- Respect property policies (noise, smoking, damage). You are liable for damages or penalties charged by Suppliers.
- Maintain valid travel insurance (recommended) and keep emergency contacts handy.
6) Visas, Documents & Health
- Passports must have sufficient validity and blank pages per destination rules.
- Visa assistance is provided on a best-effort basis; approval remains the consulate’s sole discretion.
- Vaccination/health requirements vary by destination; you must meet applicable requirements before travel.
7) Changes by Us, Force Majeure
- We may make equivalent or higher-value substitutions (e.g., similar hotel/category) if a Supplier withdraws service after confirmation.
- Events beyond control (force majeure)—including weather, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, govt actions—may necessitate changes/cancellations. We will assist with best available alternatives; additional costs, if any, are borne by you.
8) Liability & Disclaimers
- We act as an agent for independent Suppliers; we are not liable for their acts/omissions beyond our control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us for the affected service.
- Content on this site is provided in good faith; availability of deals and experiences may vary by season and date.

11) Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, copy, layouts, images where owned) is the property of Trabuko or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse without written permission.
12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India (Kerala) or UAE (Dubai) depending on the contracting entity shown on your invoice. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala (India) or Dubai (UAE), as applicable.
If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version applies to new bookings.
